Standard Doula Care Plan

Cost: $900-$400 on sliding scale depending on ability to pay


-2 prenatal home visits during which we will:

Discuss prenatal comfort measures

          Formulate a birth plan

Prepare a post-partum plan

Cover prenatal education options

-Continuous presence at birth, including:

Message

Position change recommendation and support

Emotional support for laboring mother and partner

Advocacy for family during birth

Non-medical support measures including a birth ball, hydrotherapy, and essential oils.

- Postpartum support for 1-2 hours after birth or until the family is settled into a “recovery room.”

- Breastfeeding support in the immediate postpartum period and anytime thereafter.

-24 hour on call support by phone or email to answer any questions at any point before,
during or after the birth.

-1 postpartum home/hospital visit.

-Post partum phone check ups to discuss:

Breastfeeding and any complications or questions.

Birth experience and answer any questions about it.

Client’s emotional and physical well being.

-Any possible referrals client may need.

-Each care plan is different and is tailored to meet the
needs of each individual mother. My goal is to provide the best support and
comfort that I possibly can.
